i noticed a small bug:
the /summon command suggests minecraft:wither_skull wich is unable to summon because it's a block

Wither skulls entities are not blocks.

You must provide it with a direction list containing exactly 3 doubles:

/summon minecraft:wither_skull ~ ~1 ~ {direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0]}
/summon minecraft:wither_skull ~ ~1 ~ {direction:[0.0,0.0,0.0]}
