Double plants drop their item twice when the support block is destroyed

How to reproduce:

1. Place a grass block

2. Place a double plant (sunflower, lilac, rose_bush, peony)

3. Break the grass block

There's twice the item of the double plant on the ground. It should have dropped only one item.
