Entities can appear at a wrong place. For how to reproduce, download the world file below.
The Bug
I tried using a repeating command block to /tp all entities into one place, but I saw some entities far away, and they didn't behave normally. But as soon as I came to them, they disappeared.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.15, or the latest pre-release 1.15.1-pre1) of Minecraft?
