[MC-117489] Missing TAG_Compound NBT file

I have been using on of my minecraft worlds but after the update to the accounts I can no longer access it due to the missing TAG_Compound NBT file.
I have the world file in my minecraft saves folder but when i open up minecraft the world is not accessible.
Please help to fix this, i really want this world back.

Log for both launching minecraft and when clicking singleplayer and world file are included.

The log can be found in the launcher options, set it to open the log on launch.

There was some update to the accounts or launcher or something not too long ago where i was unable to open minecraft while they were doing maintenance or something like that.

Please check if that's still an issue in Minecraft 1.13.1.
