Most items are missing from the stat.craftItem criteria type.

How to reproduce

Try to create for example a scoreboard objective tracking planks being crafted

/scoreboard objectives add craftedPlanks stat.craftItem.minecraft.planks
/scoreboard objectives add craftedPlanks stat.craftItem.minecraft.planks
