unstackable items stacking in creative

Cannot Reproduce

when in creative you can stack any item in your toolbar if you go to any tab but your survival inventory and ctrl q (standard controls) it out of your toolbar and get it stacked to 64 this also works with unstackable items.

Can't reproduce in 17w18b: all dropped items are limited to their max stacks
