[MC-116704] The sound block.note.chime is sharp

The bug

The block.note.chime sound is off by about 18 cents. This can be verified with command blocks and a tuning program or electronic equal tempered tuner.

To reproduce:

open a new creative world
run the command /playsound minecraft:block.note.harp master @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 in a repeating command block. You should notice that the note is an F# and is relatively in tune.
run the command /playsound minecraft:block.note.chime master @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1 in a repeating command block. You should notice that the note is about 18 cents sharp (my tuner also happens to register the note as being that of an overtone, however this is less important).

Confirmed, block.note.flute also seems to be sharp by 20+ cents and bass seems to be sharp by around 10 cents (although my tuner can't pick it up that well).

It still sounded off to me in 17w18a, which is why I re-added the version; I'll check if the sound file was changed.

Yup, the Last-Modified header indicates that the files have been changed. Using all of the assets in the 1.12 index under minecraft/sounds/note/, sorted by modification date, we've got these (which, evidently, includes more unused ones than I thought...):

So, yea, if it sounds like guitar, flute, and chime are in-tune now (I'm not completely music-oriented, so it might have been much worse before), then this has been fixed.

Confirmed with devs that the sounds have been changed in regards to this issue; if it sounds good to you, then let us know and it'll be marked as fixed.

sounds good to me. There are still some issues, such as block.note.harp being off but only at certain pitches, but that probably should be a separate issue.
