Unexpected Crash when Placing Torch in Cave

I just started a new survival world in 17w15a.

Placed one torch in a cave (Ravine) and the Game Crashed.

When trying to place a Torch when looking of the bottom of one stone block - The Game Crashes.

Torch can be normally placed when looking to normal block (Side of stone for Example), but not when looking bottom of one block and some solid blocks around it. (See Screenshots).

Works both with the Off-Hand and the Primary Hand;
