title command treats invalid second argument as "title"

The bug

The /title command treats an invalid second argument as "title". Expected would be that it shows an error message stating that the argument is not valid.

How to reproduce

Use the following command

/title @p invalidArgument ["Title"]

/title @p invalidArgument ["Title"]
