When I open the Minecraft.net Website and click on "Profile", the Log in says "loading"... And the "loading"-Symbol never ends... I just want to change my skin...

This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only. For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.
Well for me it does work. Probably related to your internet connection. Besides, this is the bugtracker for the game, not really for the website.
