[MC-107167] Unable to change minecart rotation with entitydata

Using the command: /entitydata @e[type=minecart,c=1] {Rotation:[0:0.0f,1:0.0f]} does not change the rotation of the minecart.

Weird... the command works fine now, but it didn't a minute ago... huh.

Okay, the command works in chat, but not in repeating command blocks.

Changing nbt tags during the lifetime of an entity is not supported.

You didn't change it's rotation.

High frequency teleporting is not supported either.

What do you mean I didn't rotate it? I pushed it so that it was in a different rotation, and executed the tp command to rotate it!
