My minecraft crashes in the middle of the game and when i try to get to the login screen

I want to play minecraft so when I go to open it says that it is corrupted and when I finally get on later on it crashes in the middle of my game

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that it would just reset and let me on but I thought wrong

What actually happened was...:
I try to get in again and it says its corrupted and I have to reinstall minecraft and I tried that multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I try to get into minecraft
2. corruption happens or later while I'm playing/ building
