Tried to put account on to phone and lost texture packs and skins

please can you get my stuff back as soon as possible

*What I expected to happen was my acount on my phone to get my texture packs and skins.

*What actually happened was I got my phone and clicked restore purchases same Apple ID as iPad and nothing happens so I went to my iPad Air 2 and clicked restore purchases on the iPad and it removed the biome settlers pack 2 and the city texture pack from iPad

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ...make a purchase on a devise
3. ...go to other devise and click restore purchases
