Villages fail to generate paths on certain blocks.

villages fail to generate paths on certain blocks like stone, and dirt, and grass paths wont generate under tall grass like it should. in an overhang coincidence grass paths may generate under an overhang but it is difficult to locate, i will provide a screenshot of that later. to reproduce, simply load the "overworld" preset and delete all the dirt. to help prevent new bugs the only thing that paths should NOT generate on is bedrock.
