[MC-100738] Invisble inside worldborder

This is how I made myself invisble by being inside the world border.
First: I set the wordlborder center to 0 0.
Second: I tp'ed myself to x= 29999999 and z= 29999999
Third: I did "/tp ~1 ~ ~1"
Then you will get stuck and be invisible.

What's the width of your world border (please provide the exact commands) ?

First I executed "/worldborder set 9999"
then the rest of the commands.

You are teleporting from 29999999 / 29999999 to 3000000 / 3000000. This is outside of the world, therefore you're invisible and cannot move.

Not a bug.
