Hi, so I have been having a slight issue playing Minecraft on my PS4 for a few days now. When I attempt to hit the login into Microsoft account button on the side so I can play cross platform, it simply prompts an Error message saying we failed to log you into your Microsoft account. I tested many methods of fixing this myself Including resetting my password, a hard reset, deleting and re-downloading the application and other methods, none of which have been successful. Any help is appreciated : ), thank you for your time.
