Unfortunately it looks like you might have dropped this bug report in the wrong place 🙂
This section of the bug report site is dedicated to the Bedrock Dedicated Server. If your issue is with the Bedrock Codebase version of Minecraft you would need to create a new bug over there for someone to investigate.
However, this sounds more like an issue someone might be able to help you with on the Minecraft Discord rather than a bug.
