A couple of weeks ago, my Minecraft didn’t let me log in, after that was fixed I logged into every single account of mine (including my main one) and found that the minecoins I bought a couple of months ago were gone (including the packs I bought) I went to Microsoft.com to see that my purchase wasn’t even recorded onto the website. I need an response as fast as possible (especially from you Mojang) if I don’t get an response from them I guess I got scammed

It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
Because your report relates to account and billing enquiries I would highly recommend contacting Mojang directly using the links at https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us as it relates to account issues rather than game bugs.
