Villagers don't use theirs job blocks and they have only one offert which don't renew anymore. For example Librarian buy from me only 10 sugar canes offert and that's it, He has got red cross on offert and nothing change.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
