So it’s says that my Microsoft account is already with a different ps network account and I never connected it to a different one or disconnect it at all and now My tokens and skin items are gone can someone help

My tokens and items are gone and now I can’t log into my Microsoft account on Minecraft at all just keeps saying it’s on a different account even though I never even logged out or put it in a different account the only thing I have is my worlds so if someone can please tell me what’s going on and what to do that would be great
