Wooden buttons bug get triggered when a player or mob walks into it. Also, it won`t pop out after outputting.

I can`t place paintings. and the paintings I had allready placed have disapeared.

I know item names are supposed to pop up when you switch to them on the hotbar, but I don`t have that anymore!
