Semi-transparent blocks in Minecarts are not transparent

Falling on a Slime Block while holding the down the jump key will cause the player to NOT be launched high while still neglecting fall damage.

/setblock & /testforblock in negative [hardcoded] coordinates are misplaced (one block closer to x=0,z=0)
