Issues generating villages around surface caves

In my world, on two of the levels of the minecart elevator, certain blocks keep disappearing. Specifically, the wool in the desert level and the wood planks, torch, and fences in the mineshaft level

On Minecraft 1.12, there was an issue with the beds. The beds, when you went to where a bed was previously placed, aren't visible. You have to remove the bed(s), and then place them for them to show again.

Mobs sped up extremely fast to the point of impossible to beat.

Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073741819)

help please i dont know how to fix
