Minecraft freeze when someone leave the world while im joining ending to cant join screen then putting me back locating server

Sign into both accounts but i cant join server

I cant invite no one in crossplay i tried everything even deleting The world It said "You haven't added anyone to your cross-platform friend list!" also due to this bug i cant friend anyone on my ps4 even though log into my account
