Downloaded maps refuse to load player built structures properly

I elect for the skin editor to become an optional doc like the music files.

I am unable to open any worlds of servers without the whole game instantly crashing. This all started with the latest hotfix. It only made things worse. I think the file base is getting too big for Android,ios,and Windows 10 issues.
