Trying to set or fill a block with a certain property with the "run_command" feature inside of events, completely breaks the mob

Stairs don't count as full-blocks when using the filter 'is_underground'

New spawn methods for Add-Ons (that no longer work or may contain errors) completely overrides vanilla mob spawning, and mobs will no longer spawn

Custom blocks with vanilla tags such as, 'metal', 'stone', or 'diamond_pick_diggable', don't mine quicker
