I can't join any of my worlds or server because it goes straight to "saving" then it crashes

I randomly teleported into the void while collecting chorus fruit with none in my immediate inventory

Water disapearing in farms, and at the bottom of a mine's ladder.

In a multiplayer world, our pets including 3 horses, 1 pig, and a dog keep dissapearing even though each of them have been tamed and the horses and pig had a saddle. All of the horses were also on a lead.
