Still now about 10-15% of the game didn't save

There is a bug that doesn't save the game properly only half of the game save properly as in my view and mob despawn even if name them my all villagers automatically de spawned after I came back from mining

If i place a pumpkin or melon seed and break the the block bottom of seed the seed does not break
