Villagers and other mobs spawning and functions

1.13 does not work with my older device.

Inventory cursor moves continuously moves on it's own as if I'm pressing a button.

Armour sounds don't play when you click and drag items to their equip slots. They only play when you right click them from hotbar.

Some random terrain was made on a new super flat world. I have a screen shot .png to show you.
