Computer restarts when I launch Minecraft java

When I press the closet icon to put on a new skin, it closes the game, and it says and error has occurred.

When the game is running the screen is black, and after a few seconds the screen turns white, and I wait a few minutes and nothing appears, and when I close the game and wait it says an error has occurred.
