Trapdoors, when placed in the east - west directions on a block, have their textures reversed, but the hit box in the correct place. They are also placed open when they should be placed closed.

Repeaters, when placed, are on 4 redstone ticks, and when you right click, it reduces in the ticks it will wait. Also, the ticks are reversed in how much delay it adds.
