Split screen on Realms not working

Cheat code activated in game conversion now cannot earn trophies

I have a couple frustrating bugs having to do with downloading content and gameplay.

We are unable to place objects down on the ground. It used to work but now it doesn't. Can you please help us fix it?

I am unable to play on my worlds. I can bring up the minecraft page where you pick which world but as I click the world and click play instead of opening my world it says the game has crahed. It has been like this for at least 2 weeks and hasnt been fixed
