Fix visual glitch on Phantom mob

Please fix this visual glitch on the Phantom mobs when above water

Unable to make a crafting table from your survival crafting thing

You can jump in underwater plants like jumping on land.

You receive air when inside an underwater and never drown.

When going through kelp underwater while sprinting makes player go back to standing form and then turns back to swimming form when passed the obstacle.
